Agentic HR Operations
Every application screened against your own bar. Onboarding finished in a chat. Sensitive data masked before the model sees it, and your access rules holding every decision.
Hire → Onboard → Scale
The surface, never the backdoor.
Sensitive identity and bank data is masked before it reaches the model. Access rules decide who can see and change what, and the agent can’t reach past them.
HR runs on inboxes and spreadsheets. The agent screens, drafts and guides. Shortlist, interview, reject and approve stay with your people.

In use
One agent for the employee lifecycle. It sees and decides only what your rules allow.
GiantLeap Systems · our own hiring and onboarding
The problem
Applications sit unread in a shared mailbox, and screening depends on who opens the mail. A coarse domain match lets strong builders slip through and weak fits advance. Onboarding runs on three spreadsheets and an email chase, with identity and bank data scattered across inboxes and shared drives, where anyone with a link is a risk. Shortlists happen quietly, the right people aren’t told in time, and the bar moves silently when a template or a model changes.
What we built
One agent across the lifecycle, on one foundation. Hire: every application is screened against the firm’s written bar; must-haves are mandatory groups and good-to-haves count only after. The recruiter shortlists, moves to interview or rejects, with compare and “ask the data” alongside. Onboard: new hires finish by talking to the agent, which answers from their own record, renders the next form or upload inside the chat and captures the data; HR drives the same agent for anyone. Scale, on the roadmap: leaves, approvals and other HR actions, with no new app and no new portal.
Your bar, written down. It screens against the firm’s own hiring rules and shows exactly what’s matched and what’s missing.
The human keeps the decision. The agent screens, drafts and guides. Shortlist, interview, reject and approve stay with people.
Observable, so trust is earned. The bar is monitored for drift, so a silent model or template change gets noticed.
Outcomes, on our own work
Every one screened
Screened against your firm’s own bar, not a generic resume score. People still decide.
In one chat
New hires finish their own onboarding by talking to the agent. HR manages anyone from the same place.
Your access rules hold
Sensitive data is masked before the model, and your access rules govern every decision.
Why it holds
Onboarding is often the fastest place to begin; the same agent then extends across hiring and the rest of the lifecycle, on one foundation. Built and in use on our own hiring and onboarding. Roadmap items are marked.
