We’re product engineers who make AI work at the last mile.
A team from product and data-engineering backgrounds, people who’ve spent years getting software to work for the humans who actually use it. AI didn’t change that instinct. It gave us a harder, more valuable problem to point it at.

How it started
Founder-led, hands on.
A founder-led team from consulting, product, data-engineering and ML backgrounds. Giant Leap Systems exists to build the last mile: the moment an enterprise has to trust the output and act on it.
What we believe

We don’t hand you a platform to adopt and pay for forever. We build your system, on your stack, yours from day one, and the judgment it captures stays with you, portable across whatever you run next.

We don’t overclaim. We go read-only where trust has to be earned, keep the human on the decisions that matter, and put real numbers in front of you rather than borrowed benchmarks.
Product discipline beats staff on loan.
“Forward-deployed” is a new name for an old instinct. An embedded engineer writes code that works; a product engineer builds something people want to use. We deploy at your edge, and build like the software has to be lived in, because it does.
Domain-first, model-agnostic.
We build so the model is a component you can swap, not a dependency you’re stuck with, the right one for your context, never a lock-in. And we go deep in the domains we serve, so we’re useful on day one instead of learning your business on your budget.

25+ years of experience in IT services and software product development companies. A seasoned architect, hands-on with technology, and passionate about building teams and mentoring technology talent into “code cranking” high-performance teams. Previously worked at Zensar and United Technologies Corp.
Divyesh Shah
25+ years of experience in IT services, software product companies and building successful start-ups. He has played leadership roles in many of his previous accounts and has successfully led teams for his clients in India, the USA and the UK. Previously worked at Zensar, Satyam, World Bank, NYSE and MCI WorldCom.
Shashank Upadhyay
25+ years of cross-functional experience in strategy consulting, business design, pre-sales and business development. Passionate about business and venture design, digital transformation, and building growth and transformation journeys for start-ups to small, medium and large enterprises. Previously worked at Zensar, Colayer and Cognizant Technology Solutions, and co-founded ScaleFactor Consulting Labs.

Venkat Pery
Strategy, M&A, Business Transformation & Growth
Venkat Pery is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in the global technology services industry. Venkat most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at LTIMindtree and prior to that at Mindtree. He led corporate strategy, strategic planning, M&A, growth initiatives, corporate communications, and transformation programs. Following the merger of LTI and Mindtree in 2022, he played a key role in shaping the strategy and integration of the combined organization. Prior to this, Venkat spent 22 years at Cognizant in various roles and leadership positions.
